Welcome to Zootopia Game Drive Safaris Ltd! Our terms and conditions form a legal contract between you (the client) and Zootopia Game Drive Safaris Ltd. By confirming a safari/tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.
1.1. Zootopia Game Drive Safaris Ltd offers ground transport, inland flights, accommodation, meals, excursions, and other services in cooperation with independent suppliers.
1.2. The group leader accepting a booking does so on behalf of all members.
1.3. All quotations and reservations are subject to these terms and conditions.
1.4. Information provided in itineraries is to the best of our knowledge.
1.5. For booking internal flights, gorilla permits, and chimpanzee permits, we require full details, including passport information.
1.6. Safari packages are subject to availability and are only guaranteed when confirmed. Early booking is recommended.
1.7. Clients must inform us of any special requests, such as medical needs, dietary requirements, or disabilities, in advance.
1.8. Amendments or rescheduling can be made by contacting us directly.
1.9. We act on behalf of clients for reservations with other service providers once a deposit is made.
1.10. Our vehicles are insured, but clients should take medical and practical health precautions and obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
2.1. Rates include services like accommodation, meals, sightseeing, ranger fees, guide fees, and ground travel as per the itinerary.
2.2. Rates exclude expenses such as visa fees, optional activities, tipping, laundry services, insurance, and international/domestic flight fees unless agreed otherwise.
3.1. Wildlife viewing is a privilege and clients must follow park ranger/tour guide instructions.
3.2. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits do not guarantee sightings but allow for tracking in reserves.
3.3. Transportation depends on group size and route. Our vehicles are well-maintained.
3.4. We provide experienced English-speaking guides. Additional language guides are available at an extra charge.
3.5. Accommodation is provided as per the safari package and client’s preference.
3.6. Equivalent or superior hotels may be substituted if necessary.
3.7. We reserve the right to change routes or arrangements due to unavoidable circumstances.
3.8. We may refuse service to anyone causing danger, inconvenience, or damage without refunds.
4.1. Tours are confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit. Full payment for gorilla/chimpanzee permits and internal flights is required in advance.
4.2. Tours will not commence until full payment is received.
4.3. We respect client privacy and requests as agreed upon in the quote.
5. Payments are accepted in Two modes;
5.1. Wire/bank transfer, with this method it takes 3 to 4 days for the money to reflect on our Account.
5.2. Visa/Mastercard, meaning we also accept payments by credit cards but this will attract a surcharge of about 4% to the service provider which is payable by the client.

A: For Clients who are comfortable making payments with Wire/direct Bank transfers, we advise to use the Company Director’s Bank Account details for deposits to avoid surcharges on other online payment links.

Note: The above payment link attracts a surcharge of about (4%) so you have to top it up when making the deposits.
5.1. Cancellation charges apply after deducting non-refundable expenses like permits and flights. No refunds for cancellations or rescheduling.
5.2. No refunds for unused services, late arrivals, or no-shows.
5.3. Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges apply based on notice period to the start date:
6.1. We strive to exceed expectations and welcome suggestions for improvement.
6.2. Complaints should be reported immediately to a representative. Unresolved complaints should be submitted in writing within one month after the safari.
7.1. We ensure efficient service delivery but are not liable for errors by independent suppliers.
7.2. Clients are responsible for their valuables during the trip.
7.3. We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as flight delays, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions.
7.4. Liability is governed by the laws of the country where the cause of action arises. Claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
